How many pre-sale tickets can I purchase?

You can purchase TWO tickets for one show. You cannot purchase tickets in this pre-sale for multiple shows, but you are welcome to purchase tickets via the general on-sale, beginning Thursday 2nd August.

I haven’t received my e-mail containing access code and ticket link.

Please check what e-mail address you used to pre-order the album – the code will have been sent to that address. If you paid with PayPal the e-mail will have been sent to the e-mail address logged to the PayPal account. Please also check junk and clutter folders. If you still cannot locate the e-mail, please contact the support team here.

Can I purchase tickets for multiple locations? Is there a limit to how many shows I can attend under the pre-sale?

No, your code will only work once, allowing you to purchase tickets for one show only..

How many pre-sale tickets are there for each venue? Am I guaranteed a ticket?

The amount of pre-sale tickets vary per venue. Having an access code does not guarantee that you will receive pre-sale tickets. We recommend buying your tickets right when they go on sale for the best chance to receive tickets. All pre-sale tickets are first-come, first-serve.

What is the price of a concert ticket?

Ticket prices vary but the information will be clearly displayed on the ticket store before you purchase..

Can I use a code to buy tickets for the European shows?

It’s only UK, Dublin and North American shows that are part of this pre-sale.
